Construction continues at the CMG Times Center, designed by OMA/ Chris van Duijn. The two main towers have topped out and the building of the Sky Bridge is now underway.
Conceived as a Micro-City, the 360,000 sqm development comprises of a collection of slender volumes forming two main towers, a skybridge connecting them, and a cube-shaped building hovering above the podium. A three-dimensional trajectory will tie all public and private programs together, allowing accessibility on all levels. Once complete, the TOD development will house commercial, retail and hospitality spaces, and cultural programs for the public on the Sky Bridge.
